CBL Data Recovery Comes To The Rescue Of Sydney Computer Users
SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - March 14, 2005 - CBL Data Recovery Technologies (CBL) today announces it is expanding its Australian presence, opening a new data recovery facility in Sydney. From its new location in St Leonards, CBL is offering specialist skills in recovering seemingly lost data to Australia’s corporate, government and home users.
CBL’s Sydney operation is headed by IT expert Guy Riddle who confirms that Sydney accounts for a third of the data recovery company’s Australian work.
"We have experienced a rapid growth in demand for data recovery services and the Sydney expansion caters for that," comments Riddle.
The Sydney facility includes a lab providing diagnosis of damaged data storage media, and customers delivering affected drives to the site will receive a full report on the condition of their media along with an estimated recovery cost within 24 hours.
"The expansion means we can offer, from our new St Leonard’s premises an extended range of data recovery services - it is an exciting time for CBL," he says.
CBL’s Australian Managing Director Vicky Brauner confirms, "We see the Sydney expansion as a key milestone in continuing the outstanding year-on-year growth we’ve maintained since inception in Australia. We expect the new Sydney office to achieve full clean room lab status in the next 12 to 18 months."
CBL’s Australian expansion follows its recent endorsement under the Commonwealth Government’s Endorsed Supplier Arrangement (ESA) which grants it authorisation to perform data recovery for Australian government agencies.
